What is a Service Delivery Leader?

Our Service Delivery Team manage and support our Support Workers. They make sure you have the correct training and skills to provide the best care and service to our customers, while also ensuring you get the training and support you need. They are the connection between you and the broader HCA business.  
 
Not many Home Care or NDIS providers have this role and it’s one of the things that sets HCA a part.

Your Role

You will be supporting clients with Complex Mental Health, Physical and Intellectual Disabilities within their home and in the community in a 1:1 setting. This is a Casual position and your duties may include:

  • Personal care, Domestic assistance, Community Access, Manual Handling
  • Manage accurate and detailed shift reports including progress notes and incident reports
  • Medication administration, Diabetes management, Epilepsy management, PEG Feeding, Bladder & Bowel Care
